Posting of the covenants, conditions and restrictions

I am waiting to get our covenants in eletronic format so I can post them to this site. Otherwise they have to be retyped. Steve Taylor is checking around ... if anyone out there has them in "word" or a pdf, please send them my way.

Paradise Preserves Board stays the same in 2009

On January 12th, 2009 the board of directors for the Paradise Preserve Homeowners Association were elected via ballot. Melissa Carr, Billy Hart / Shelly Hart, Derick Lichty, Mike Paschall, and Steve Taylor have all agreed to serve on the board for a second term and have set the first meeting for Monday, February 2nd at 7PM at the Harts residence. It was announced at the board meeting that Paul Nichols has divided his properties between two corporations - Bestcon, Inc. and Bestcon of Jacksonville, Inc. The Bestcon, Inc. properties (11 lots, 2 with houses) will be bank-owned. Bestcon of Jacksonville, Inc. has 12 lots belonging to Paul.
